Scouting provides training for its leaders and adult helpers both before they start their appointment and during their appointment. Training is organised by the County Training Team; courses are run at Braid Wood Scout Camp and at local venues in the County. There is a diary of training events planned for the next year, see the Diary section of this website. Within each District there is a Local Training Manager to help you with your training. For more info on booking your Training, Please contact your LTM.
The resources below provide an introduction to and overview of The Scout Associations’ Adult Training Scheme. They are a great source of information for any questions that you might have about training.
